Recently, the Province provided more details on their plans on the BC vaccine card program, and unveiled the provincial link where digital Vaccine Cards can now be downloaded and where the Vaccine Verifier App can be downloaded.

The new vaccine card program, which began, Monday, September 13, requires proof of at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine in order to enter restaurants, ticketed sporting events, movies, and many other non-essential venues. On October 24, those aged 12 and up will need to be fully vaccinated to access those same services and venues.

To help businesses understand and implement the proof of vaccination (PoV) requirement, local Chambers of Commerce and Boards of Trade have put together a Tip Sheet to help you prepare for implementation.
